Shipping & Returns

Romarc, LLC (owner of Rommarc.com) is committed to quality and 100% customer satisfaction.  If you receive our product damaged or not working as specified, you may request to replace the defective product, or request to return the product for a refund of the purchase price.  The following requirements must be followed for returning merchandise. 

  • Customer must submit a written refund/exchange request within 10 days of purchase and must be accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • All orders must have a return merchandize authorization (RMA) from Rommarc.com before being returned.  Any package without an RMA will not be accepted.  Please select (“contact” on the main menu of the Website) and ask for RMA and provide the reason(s) for return/exchange, including your email address. 
  • Once the RMA is noted on the package, the product will be inspected and if defects are present, product should be returned to:

  • Any product(s) returned must be in its original packaging.  If the original packaging is damage, it should be returned inside an alternative packaging.
  • Refunds for returns received within 30 days from the purchase date will be given in the same format as the original payment type. 
  • Your original shipping costs will not be refunded.  You are responsible for any cost to return merchandize, by deducting the shipping cost from the original purchase.
  • Romarc, LLC is not responsible for loss or damaged returns, unless the damage was caused by shipping, which should be reported 48 hours after the receipt of damaged product, including the description of the damage to the product and its packaging.  When shipping damage is reported on time, you should keep the damage to the packaging and the product.  You should also take good pictures of the damage for further proof of damage. 
  • Romarc, LLC is not responsible for lost or damaged returns that you return to the company. For tracking purposes, if you’re returning you order via USPS or UPS, you must purchase (if not included in the shipping fee), Signature Confirmation, and/or Return Receipt Requested for each package returned.   If any package you claim to be sent, is not delivered to us for any reason, we will not replace or refund your order. 
  • Please allow approximately 15 business days for your return to be processed once it has arrived at our facility.
